WWW Wednesday #4: October 2, 2019

It’s officially SPOOKY MONTH!!! 🎃👻🍁 It’s time for another WWW Wednesday, a weekly tag hosted by Taking on a World of Words, in which you answer the following three W’s:

🌿 What are you currently reading?
🌿 What have you finished reading recently?
🌿 What are you planning on reading next?

CurrentReading

I’m in the middle of two sides of the fall spectrum – cozy and creepyMagic in Manhattan is about a girl who finds out that her sister is a witch, and I’ve been laughing through a lot of it so far. The Turn of the Key, on the other hand, is giving me the creeps in a major way!

FinishedRecently

Ah… I sort of went off of my reading plans from last week. But my goodness, it was worth it, especially when it comes to I’ll Never Tell, a thriller about a girl who’s been accused of murdering her best friend while on vacation in Aruba. You can find my review of it here! I also wrote a review of The Liar’s Daughter, a story about a girl’s desperate attempts to get back to the cult she was taken from. In between these, I listened to the audiobook for Anna Dressed in Blood in one day after I found it on Libby.

ReadingNext

reaaaaallyyyy have to get to You soon! I’m not sure how I’ll be feeling after The Turn of the Key, but hopefully I’ll be getting to this book this week. In addition, I definitely want to read at least volume 1 of the W.I.T.C.H. graphic novel. I don’t want to exhaust myself of all of the spooky vibes before they’ve really begun!

Have you read any of these books? Let me know, and I’ll see you next time!
